Senior Solution Architect

Job Description

We are looking for a person that will join our solution planning and architecture team.

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will design end-to-end technical solutions that align with an organization's business goals, technology strategies, and architectural principles. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, business development managers, developers, sales managers and project managers, to create comprehensive architectural designs that address functional and non-functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design and Architecture

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and technical requirements.
• Design high-level and detailed solution architectures that consider scalability, performance, security, and integration points.
• Create architecture diagrams, models, and documentation to communicate the proposed solutions.
• TCO calculation for proposed solutions

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical leadership to technical teams, guiding them on best practices, architectural patterns.
• Mentor and coach junior architects, fostering their technical growth and expertise.

Performance and Scalability Planning

• Address performance considerations by designing architectures that can handle expected user loads and data volumes.
• Implement strategies for horizontal and vertical scalability, load balancing, and caching.

Security and Compliance

• Integrate security best practices into the solution architecture to protect sensitive data and prevent vulnerabilities.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to data security and privacy.

Technology Evaluation and Selection

• Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools to determine their suitability for solving specific business problems.
• Make informed recommendations on technology stacks that align with the organization's technology strategy.

Collaboration and Communication

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and various clients
• Clearly communicate architectural decisions to internal audiences and clients (technical and non-technical)

Continuous improvement

• Stay updated on industry trend, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical architecture.
