Our Well-Architected service helps you optimize your existing AWS infrastructure solution.
Get in TouchWell-Architected is a consulting service created for companies wanting to optimize their existing AWS infrastructure solution.
The goal of our service is to evaluate your AWS infrastructure solution and optimize it according to AWS’s best practices (AWS Well-Architected Framework). AWS Well-Architected Framework is a set of best practices established by AWS; it is created to ensure operational excellence, reliability, security, performance, cost optimization, and sustainability.
Service is divided into a couple of phases that ensure real-world optimization impact on your AWS infrastructure solution.
In the first step, we examine your AWS solution and find the high-risk issues and opportunities for improvement.
In the second step, we create a technical solution according to AWS Well-Architected framework and address high-risk issues.
In the third step, the technical solution is being implemented. This step can be done either by our or your team.
In the fourth and final step, we assess implemented solution to confirm optimization’s impact on your AWS solution.
AWS Well-Architected Framework is a set of AWS’s well established best practices - it consists of six pillars.
The operational excellence pillar focuses on running and monitoring systems to deliver business value and improve processes and procedures. Key topics include change automation, event response, and defining standards for daily operations.
The security pillar focuses on protecting information and systems. Key topics include data confidentiality and integrity, privilege and rights management, systems protection, and security events detection.
The reliability pillar focuses on ensuring that the workload performs its intended function correctly and consistently when it’s expected to. Key topics include distributed system design, recovery planning, and change management.
The performance efficiency pillar focuses on using IT and computing resources efficiently. Key topics include selecting the right resource types based on workload requirements, performance monitoring, and system efficiency maintenance.
The cost optimization pillar focuses on understanding and controlling where the money is being spent, selecting the most appropriate and right number of resource types, analyzing spend over time, and scaling without overspending.
The sustainability pillar focuses on minimizing the environmental impacts of running cloud workloads. Key topics include a shared responsibility model for sustainability, understanding impact, and maximizing utilization to minimize required resources.

Even though this question is straightforward, we must understand all of the important aspects of your solution to answer it properly.
If, during the project, we solve at least 45% of the high-risk issues discovered in the initial assessment - you may be eligible to receive up to 5.000,00 USD AWS credits from the AWS Well-Architected funding program.
We structure all our Well-Architected projects in the same way, following a couple of logical steps.
Certified AWS Solution Architect presents all the important aspects of the Well-Architected Framework to the client’s team.
Solution Architect uses AWS Well-Architected tool to assess the current state of the client’s infrastructure on AWS.
Based on the assessment Solution Architect analyzes the issues and creates a Scope of Work document.
Solution Architect identifies high-risk issues found in the assessment and presents the Scope of Work to resolve them.
Our team of certified AWS engineers, together with a client’s team, work on the resolution of the high-risk issues.
After the implementation, our Solution Architect performs one more assessment to validate high-risk issues are resolved.
Solution Architected writes a final report with the overview of solved high-risk and suggestions for every pillar.
