We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join our Support & Operations team as a Level 1 (L1) Technician. The main responsibilities include monitoring network infrastructure, performing initial incident analysis, and timely reporting and escalation of issues.

  • Monitoring of network and server infrastructure using monitoring tools
  • Timely detection, analysis, and initial resolution of basic technical issues
  • Escalate complex incidents to higher support levels in a timely manner
  • Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system
  • Communicate effectively with users and internal teams to provide updates and gather information
  • Ensure system continuity through proactive measures and routine checks
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes by setting up and deactivating user accounts and equipment
  • Support the maintenance of IT documentation and standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SMTP)
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work in shifts
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Willingness to engage in continuous learning

Desirable Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Completed technical high school or undergraduate technical studies
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG)
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow)
